ALICE Version 1.17.0

New Features

A powerful new feature is on the horizon: Smart Reporting. This will allow users to view brands, websites, and companies all in one consolidated dashboard. The new view provides a holistic snapshot of performance, including website analytics, enquiries, stock details, campaign insights, and dealership-specific inventory. Region-based comparisons will also be supported – all on the same page.

Minor Improvements

  • SUPER users can now filter accounts by Role, Website, and Company. This uses AND-based logic, allowing for more precise user segmentation. Dropdown filters now support easy A–Z access for each filter type.
  • Improvements to performance in analytics pages by leveraging async for Google Analytics and Facebook
  • Simplified filtering for channel type id for adwords (This now supports the name as well as the value). Added support in ALICE BE such that analytics specific filters can be used in conjunction with normal ALICE filters.
  • Performance improvements on website searching (in analytics)
  • Improved error handling when no website is provided for OEM reporting
  • CSV export functionality in Analytics for CSV export

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where an error message incorrectly appeared after creating a new feed, even though the feed was successfully created. This behaviour has now been corrected.
  • Resolved an issue on the Facebook Analytics page where reach metrics were displaying incorrect values
  • Fixed a bug where creating a new feed triggered a 500 Internal Server Error in the ALICE backend, despite the feed being successfully created
