New Features
New! Customer Details Revamp
We’ve completely redesigned the layout for the customer details section, making it more intuitive and powerful than ever. You can now assign enquiries to specific users, update enquiry statuses to keep track of progress, and add notes with a clear history trail showing when assignees or statuses have changed. An AI-generated summary now gives you an instant overview of each lead, and new quick navigation anchors let you jump seamlessly between sections on the page for a smoother experience.
Others:
- Data Aggregation: Fully rolled out and finalised, completing the feature update introduced in previous versions.
- Introduced a new backend endpoint for fetching a live list of Advertisers directly from Digital Audio, improving data accuracy and reducing manual syncing between systems.
Minor Improvements
Enquiries Page:
We’ve added new Status and Assignee columns to give you better visibility across all enquiries, making it easier to see who owns each lead and its current progress.
The preview section has also been improved, allowing you to quickly edit both the status and assignee without leaving the page, saving time and clicks.
For deeper updates, you can now open the new Customer Details layout directly from the preview, giving you full control over enquiry information in one place.
To make scanning even faster, the customer listing now displays clear status and comment indicators so you can instantly spot which customers have notes or updates waiting.
User Accounts Page:
We’ve introduced dual access roles for Users, Editors, and Administrators, making it seamless to switch between ALICE and Smart Reports without needing separate accounts.
It’s now easier to identify who has Smart Reporting access thanks to improved visibility in the accounts listing, giving you a clearer overview of user permissions.
Internal administrators can now disable users while keeping their data intact, helping maintain record accuracy without granting login access.
To make this even clearer, disabled users now appear greyed out, so you can instantly see who has or hasn’t got active access.
Others:
- Our test coverage continues to improve with additional end-to-end (E2E) and asynchronous runtime tests. The backend now includes full support for ‘await’ semantics, making asynchronous processes simpler and cleaner for developers, while streamlining integrations such as Organic Search, Facebook, and Google Analytics.
- Google Analytics Enhancements: The Page Conversions endpoint now also fetches screen page views, relying solely on Google’s API for more accurate and consistent reporting. The data import process has been refined to improve memory handling and gracefully process paginated data responses.
- Updates to the deployment process ensure that background services running alongside the webserver now share the same OS user, improving consistency and reliability across shared resources.
- We’ve upgraded PHP and all related packages to their latest versions. This includes a major update to PHPUnit, our PHP testing framework, which is now fully up to date and aligned with modern standards.
- Introduced a new automated cleanup process for sold stock. Any stock item that has been marked as sold will now be deleted 18 months after its last update. This duration is configurable per feed, ensuring flexibility to meet different dealership or compliance needs.
