New Features

Automated Reporting Emails – Receive Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly emails from ALICE for Analytics, Social, Google Ads and Programmatic Reports. Reach out to Support to get your automated emails started, or go to your ALICE profile by clicking the icon at the bottom left of the page to set it up yourself!

Full Vehicle Stock History – A new audit log of a stock item that you can view and download from within the ALICE UI. Click the 3 dots to open the dropdown on a stock item and click the new History field to open the window. 

Minor Enhancements

Edit Location dropdown added to Stock page – the Location of a Vehicle can now be changed from within ALICE. Click the 3 dots to open the dropdown on a stock item and click the new Edit Location field to select a new Location, as long as it’s connected to the same stock feed!

Bug Fixes

Monitoring installed to track Dealer Details settings in ALICE – settings have reverted to default values intermittently, logging installed to track how / when this occurs and prevent future occurences.

Stock Location settings not suitable for international clients – Suburb renamed to Suburb/Town, State/Region now allows symbols (e.g. apostrophes), Postcode length increased up to 10 digits.

Stock Finance Presets not selectable – hotfixed to production earlier this week.

Stock Location throwing an error on saving.
