Minor Improvements

• Stock Settings: Frontend now supports new GTM and Axle filters, allowing finer control when configuring stock display options.
• Lead Anchoring: Improved navigation so clicking a lead from the Enquiries or Dashboard Enquiries table now anchors directly to the respective lead on the Customer page.
• Notifications Performance: Notifications now load faster by fetching data based on Customer ID and only display for non–super users (as super users cannot be assigned leads).
• Backend Performance: The Enquiries by User endpoint has been optimized to improve overall system responsiveness.
• Resolved an issue where Smart Publishing rules were displaying incorrectly under certain conditions.
